RPA Engineering will discuss the HVAC design of Laboratories and Clean Rooms. They will look at several past projects and highlight the different design considerations, standards and best practices when designing a lab or clean room. RPA Engineering will also discuss ways they have incorporated reliability engineering into these designs to minimize downtime.

Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) is undeniably more important than ever. Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is a fundamental part of IEQ. Air filtration is the first and possibly most crucial step to IAQ because it not only has a large impact on comfort, but also on safety. This presentation will follow the evolution of filtration technology from the most simplistic to the most complex forms including an overview of popular filtration types and technologies currently available in the market. This will be followed by an interactive discussion about various selection criteria, how they apply to different applications, as well as how to use the criteria to compare filters.
